Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and kept in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order receipt or valid proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return application is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, together with detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not support direct item exchanges. The fastest way to get your desired product is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new separate order for the replacement product.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above policy, if your order is delivered to the European Union region, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing any justification.
The same return eligibility rules apply here: items must remain unused with intact original tags and original packaging, and valid proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will send you a notification after we receive and inspect your returned item, informing you whether your refund is approved.
Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please understand that banks or credit card issuers may need extra time to process and post the refund to your account.
