Shipping Policy

All orders placed on MomGuard will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days after your payment is confirmed. We do not process shipments on weekends or official public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Period

Total delivery time consists of order processing time and logistics transit time. Different regions have different standard shipping durations as follows:
  • Domestic Regions: 5-8 business days after shipment
  • European Countries: 7-12 business days after shipment
  • Other International Regions: 10-18 business days after shipment
Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance inspection, extreme weather or local logistics emergencies, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Fee Standard

We provide free standard shipping for all orders that meet our free shipping threshold. For orders below the threshold, fixed standard shipping fees will be charged automatically during checkout.
Additional customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees incurred during cross-border delivery shall be borne by customers in accordance with local official regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can check real-time delivery status via the official logistics website anytime.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Please fill in accurate and complete shipping address and valid contact information when placing orders. If packages are returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery or unclaimed parcel, customers need to bear the extra return shipping cost and secondary re-delivery fee.
